We moved into our new place. After a heroic effort from our friends, we got moved and mostly unpacked a week ago. This week, we finished off a Crate & Barrel gift card and a Walmart gift card from our wedding (!). Now we want to spend all our time in the bathroom.

You might remember we were buying a house. That was a false alarm.
Here's the condo we're really buying, the first floor unit of this triple-decker. It has high ceilings and lots of windows and doesn't need any work before we move in. It's near Foss Park in Somerville. Click to see more pictures.

This was a HUD foreclosed home. We bid on it and won, and we can't back out without losing our deposit. So it's pretty much ours!

We're buying a house in East Boston near the Wood Island stop. It's a 130-year-old rowhouse. It needs work.
