You might remember we were buying a house. That was a false alarm.
Here's the condo we're really buying, the first floor unit of this triple-decker. It has high ceilings and lots of windows and doesn't need any work before we move in. It's near Foss Park in Somerville. Click to see more pictures.

Congratulations! I have to admit, I think moving into somewhere that doesn't have a lot of work seems like a great move on your part.
Also, I love mud rooms. I wish we had them here in CA!

Aw! Hooray and congratulations! Can't wait to come visit and see it in person. Do you have a closing date? A projected moving date? I love the pictures!! (Is it just me or is the kitchen layout a little odd?) VERY jealous of the mudroom and the Butler's pantry not to mention the gorgeous floors!! Awesome you guys. I'm seriously excited for you (and a smidge jealous... but I'll work on that.) ; )
