Discovery is all fueled up and set for a 1:36 AM ET launch. NASA says there is an eighty percent chance of the launch going forward, but there are rain showers in the area.

Wow, you look awful close. how far away are you?
Someone estimated 600 feet. Right after we finished, they closed access to that area so they could begin fueling.
Make that 425 meters (1/4 mile).
